PK Presents: BDSM and Nervous System Regulation
Event description
PK Presents: BDSM and Nervous System Regulation
Discover how BDSM can support nervous system regulation in this interactive workshop designed for all experience levels. Explore how practices like impact play, bondage, and sensory stimulation can influence stress responses, foster emotional release, and activate deeper states of connection and calm.
This class provides practical tools, including breathwork, grounding, and intentional play, to help participants manage intensity, regulate emotions, and create safe, consensual experiences. Through guided exercises and open discussions, attendees will gain insight into the relationship between BDSM, self-regulation, and personal growth.
With a focus on communication, consent, and empowerment, this workshop offers an inclusive and shame-free space to explore the transformative potential of kink as a tool for self-discovery and healing.
