Grounding and Centering for Kinksters: An Introduction to Defining Space and Self

There is deep power in being rooted with purpose, with intimate awareness of yourself and the currents of the intended scene. At a public play event, it is particularly important to be able to define the boundaries of both ourselves and the space for a scene, to keep that which is outside the scene outside, and mind your splash zone. In the bedroom, creating a container that is separate from the daily doldrums of life can help create more meaningful and satisfying play. In this class we will learn techniques for being present within your own body and in the here and now for better play, as well as creating containers for fulfilling scenes.

Presenter Bio

HG Wyndell is an activist, educator, and Spiritworker who is driven to facilitate accessible ritual spaces for folks seeking access to more deeply nourishing relationships with themselves and others. They are committed to living life through a lens of wonder, and they don’t mess around when it comes to embracing the complex beingness of whoever is in their presence. They weave their lived experiences with intentional relationships, ceremony, creative arts, chronic illness, and embracing pleasure seamlessly with a whole lot of love and a good bit of magic into all they offer.
