PROST Los Angeles July Event - 50th Anniversary Celebration

Join us as PROST Los Angeles proudly celebrates 50 years as the founding chapter of PROST, Inc. This milestone anniversary honors five decades of meaningful relationships, industry leadership, and the enduring connections that have shaped our travel community.

Set against the iconic backdrop of Hotel Bel-Air, the evening will bring together industry colleagues, partners, and friends for an unforgettable celebration. Guests are invited to embrace the occasion in special cocktail attire as we commemorate our history while looking ahead to the future of our organization.

As the founding chapter, PROST Los Angeles has played a pivotal role in fostering collaboration, education, and lasting relationships within the travel industry. We invite you to join us for this landmark anniversary event as we celebrate our legacy, honor our members, and toast to the next 50 years.

Be sure to reserve your spot early—this event will fill up fast! Non-members must have an attending Member host sponsor in order to RSVP.

Venue: Garden Ballroom and Foyer

Parking: Discounted Valet Parking for $22

Overnight Accommodations: We have not reserved a room block at the hotel. Any requests must be made directly with the hotel and they will allocate at their discretion.

Our Menu:

Starter - Heirloom tomato salad, balsamic pearls, California olive oil, garden basil, sourdough crisps

Main course -

Seared chicken breast - Yukon gold potato Gruyère cake, green vegetables medley, lemon tarragon chicken beurre blanc

OR

Potato gnocchi - Petit button mushroom, green peas and fava beans, Parmesan fondue

Dessert - Biscoff cheesecake, raspberry sorbet, chantilly cream

Due to the special nature of this event, the following guidelines will be implemented:

• Evening Cocktail attire highly suggested.

• Seats will be assigned by the board. You will sit with your guest and we will assign your remaining table members.

• No refunds after July 9th. You may cancel, but you will not be eligible for a refund.

PRICING FOR THIS EVENT:

• $175 per person for all PROST Los Angeles 2026 Members

• $195 per person for Travel Advisor Non-Members

• $225 per person for Vendor/Supplier Non-Members

NOTE:  New PLA rules effective May 1, 2025 and going forward: 

• NON-member Supplier guests are limited to attending four PROST LA luncheons per year (which includes the December PLA Holiday gala).  This does not apply to our Supplier colleagues who are on the PLA Supplier Membership Waitlist, nor does it apply to our Travel Advisor non-member guests.

• Supplier PLA Members who RSVP and intend to invite guests are respectfully strongly encouraged to invite at least one Travel Advisor guest (who can be members or non-members). 

Friendly Reminders:

• This event platform is self-serve! If you need to cancel your spot, you can do yourself directly from your email confirmation, as long as it's before July 9, 2026. Click Manage Order from your email confirmation, then follow the steps to cancel your ticket.

• We are unable to offer refunds after July 9, 2026 as we will have already committed to your spot. Thanks for your understanding!

• Please note that if you choose the incorrect ticket category (i.e. a supplier registers as a travel advisor), your ticket will be canceled.  There are a certain number of supplier and travel advisor spots so we can ensure the correct balance of attendees for our host hotels.  If we do not do this, we will not have venues that want to host our group. 

• If the correct ticket category for your company type is sold out, please add yourself to the waitlist.
