Lily Eid is the founder of Leid by Design, a Career, Leadership + Culture Consultant and a three-time business owner. Her Unique Operating System methodology brings together behavioural science, productivity/genius profiling and energetic design (Human Design and astrology). The result is a complete picture of how you operate, applied to the decisions that grow your business. Drawing on a background in business psychology, employee wellbeing, corporate strategy and nervous system regulation, Lily works one-on-one with high-performing leaders and their teams who are burning bright but running on empty; helping them lead, decide and perform from alignment rather than override. The day
Business by the Sea weaves together three things most planning days keep apart: strategy, intention and connection.
You’ll map your natural cycles of energy and output, then time your launches, client/stakeholder delivery, business development, back-end work projects, and rest around them.
We’ll set intentions for the year with real clarity. You’ll also share the day with a small circle of founders and leaders who understand exactly what it takes to hold a business.
With only ten people in the room, you’re held, supported and genuinely cared for from the first coffee to the final reflection.
How the day moves
We begin the day at 9am and the day moves with us. We’ll shift through different spaces in the hotel as the work changes, and step out for quiet solo reflection on the beach between sessions.
