Hello Planet 1st Culinarians!
Cinco de Mayo is upon us! We have great individual and team-based activities prepared to celebrate! This class is designed to teach students recipes that can be replicated at home with minimal assistance as well as introducing them to new skills and product! Teamwork is also a very important component to the class structure. Looking forward to seeing your young chefs, soon!
Menu Includes:
- Traditional Tamales with Roasted Chicken, Poblano peppers and Queso fresco.
- Fresh "Tableside" Guacamole
- Roasted Corn on the Cob "Elote Style"
- Tres Leche Cake
- Mango Coladas (non-alcoholic!😊)
Reminders!!
- PARENTS ARE TO REMAIN AT THE MARKET
- Age requirement is 6-17 years old.
- Enter Mother Road Market at the West side entrance.
- The doors will open at 10:15 AM, the class will start promptly at 10:30 AM
- The class will be held in the Demonstration Kitchen, these are the doors across from Akira
- Budding chefs' creations will be enough to feed a child and adult
- Inform us of any serious food allergies

class. THE HUMANTIX FEE IS NON REFUNDABLE.
