Hello Planet 1st Master Chefs!

Chefs Bill and Mikael are excited to present our Master Class for May 2025! We are focused on gardening and preservation of our Oklahoma seasonal crops.

Menu Includes:

Quick Pickling techniques for Sweet and Dill Cucumber Pickles and Spiced Peach Pickling. Each student will take home 3 jars of pickled items.
Proper herb planting and composting; each student will take home plants to cultivate at home
Composting 101: Students will take home composting starter kits
Fried Pickled snacks, learn about making batter and frying Pickles!
Prepare refreshing strawberry mint lemonade.

PARENTS ARE TO REMAIN AT THE MARKET
Age requirement is 11-17 years old. Aprons will be provided for new students.
Enter Mother Road Market at the West side entrance.
The doors will open at 10:15 AM, the class will start promptly at 10:30 AM
The class will be held in the Demonstration Kitchen, these are the doors across from Akira
Budding chefs' creations will be enough to feed a child and one adult

NO REFUNDS but we know things come up so 72 hours notice will allow a credit for a future class. THE HUMANTIX FEE IS NON REFUNDABLE.
