Planet 1st Sushi and More for Adults Only Cooking Class

SUSHI Master Class presented by Chefs Bill and Mikael! Students will experience making Sushi, rolling sushi, preparing and cooking Soba noodles, preparing tempura shrimp and vegetables as well as strengthening knife skills. They will also learn about Japanese culture and terms and how to set-up a buffet to present their prepared culinary achievements. 

Activities Include:

• Introduction to Japanese culture and terms

• Preparing proper Sushi (Rice Prep) and ingredients for Maki and Uramaki Rolls

• Ramen in Traditional Tokyo Broth

• Mixing Tempura batter and proper frying technique with vegetables and shrimp

• Green Tea Ice Cream Floats with Japanese Soda

Reminders!!

• The doors will open at 5:15 pm, the class will start promptly at 5:30 PM

• The class will be held in the Demonstration Kitchen, these are the doors across from Akira

NO REFUNDS but we know things come up so 72 hours notice will allow a credit for a future class.  THE HUMANTIX FEE IS NON REFUNDABLE.
