Sciency Music at the Planetarium 2024
Event description
Nate Eggins (a.k.a. Conspiracy of One) is bringing back his unique Planetarium Concert after a phenomenal success last year!
Join us once again at the Sir Thomas Brisbane Planetarium during National Science Week for an evening of quirky sciency music, funny rants and audience participation, stunning visuals that will take you on a journey through the stars, and this time Nate will be joined by sciency special guests: astrophysicist Professor Tamara Davis from the University of Queensland and PhD researcher Justin Freeman talking about electron microscopy!
Â
Returning to the cosmic skydome are Nate's band to bring you a special stripped back and intimate performance including songs from his debut album 'Road to Reason' and fan favourite hits like 'We're All Aliens, Baby' and 'The Sound a Duck Makes'.
Gain new and interesting perspectives on science and our modern world, level up your thinking and learn how to spot pseudoscience pretenders! All while tapping your toes along to fun and groovy music that WILL get stuck in your head.
This is an all ages and wheelchair-accessible show.
