How to host an Old is Beautiful project

This short webinar has been developed for services, organisations and groups interested in hosting an #OldisBeautiful project to engage their local community in combating ageism and building respect for older people.

Presenters Narelle Kerr and Matilda Marsh from ADA Australia will share their experiences hosting the project in four very different Queensland locations. The presentation will include:

• Images from the project workshops and launch events

• An overview of the project aims and activities

• Evaluation findings

• Key insights on ageism

• Tips for hosting a workshop.

Participants will be provided with a suggested project plan for hosting an Old is Beautiful project.
