It's that time of year again when many community organisations will be finalising matters of the past year and preparing for the new financial year. A key part of this is to plan for your AGM and your next committee.

Have you considered the following:

Who is likely to stay, leave and join your next committee?

Have you considered the role planning has in achieving a healthy regeneration of your organisation's committee?

Howard Buckley from COCB invites board members from small community based organisations who are keen to explore these matters with others in an interactive 2-hour workshop. This year COCB is running the 'Planning your next committee' workshop three times in different locations across the Sunshine Coast in June.

The COCB designs and delivers workshops primarily for volunteer community organisations. Staff and board members of funded organisations are welcome to attend but please be aware of our priority focus. For more information please visit our website www.cocb.org.au
