A good event doesn’t just happen. Whether it’s a field day that’s been months in the making or something you need to pull together at short notice, quality planning can make all the difference.

What’s in it for my group?

A simple event planning process you can use for field days, workshops, meetings and other group activities.
A ‘Know who does what and when’ so jobs don’t fall through the cracks - or onto the same person.
Plan for the “what ifs” and have a Plan B ready before you need it.
Practical checklists and tools you can take away and use for your next event.
Workshop ideas for your next event - go home with a plan.

While the Emerge Program is designed to help new and emerging farmer groups, members of established farmer groups are welcome at this event. If you have any questions, reach out to cassiet@rmcg.com.au
