Jeevi is a third-generation vegetarian with an infectious laugh, who's life's mission is to show you how easy it is to make plant-based food taste 🧡AMAZING🧡, using beloved recipes handed down from his own mother and grandmother in Nepal. Jeevi is a certified Raw Vegan Chef from the renowned Living Light Culinary Institute in California, USA, as well as an in-house chef for Happy Buddha Retreats since 2012, but he has been cooking non-stop since 1996. He has also catered for seminars, festivals and retreats all over Aus, teaching his simple techniques that make people fall in love with plant-based food.

On this highly-requested retreat, you will learn how to make over 25 easy, gluten-free, beautiful plant based meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) that will surely impress your plant-based and non plant-based friends back home. These include favourites such as Jeevi's kale pakora, lentil soup, raw mango cheesecake + so many more!

This 2-night retreat will also help you invite more joy and happiness into your life through Jeevi's Laughter Yoga workshops - which he has been running since 2012!
