Plant Based Cooking & Yoga Day at Curban Community Hall with guest Jeevi The Laughing Chef and Jemma from Little Windmill Yoga & Wellness .
You will learn how to make delicious gluten-free, plant based meals. Your day will be full of cooking & eating… then sprinkle in some Laughing Yoga, Hatha Yoga and finish with a relaxing meditation for dessert!

10:30 am : Welcome drinks
11:00 am : Yoga class
12 -2 pm : Cooking workshop
2:15-3 pm : Lunch time
3:30 pm : Laughter yoga
4 pm : Meditation/Yoga Nindra
5 pm : Time to go home and use your new skill .
