Learn to make a selection of small dishes in a Plant-Centred fashion.

A meze is a spread of small dishes dips salads cooked or raw vegetables, could be served cold or hot, usually eaten as a starter to a meal but could also be a meal on it's own or used for sandwiches and lunch. 

It is a great way to stock your fridge full with tasty nutritious and versatile food.
