Here’s an amazing opportunity to join Anita from Diggers Veggie Kitchen for a cooking class.

Some people know to eat this way but have no experience of making tasty food. We have brought Anita in to show you and supply many great tips.

Anita has specialised training in plant based nutrition and has for years run a cafe in Anglesea - the only food establishment anywhere in at least Victoria that serves food in alignment with the latest nutritional science.

She has also been on a team with doctors delivering many retreats on the topic with some dramatically great results for participants

There will be people taking turns to do the food preparation and cooking for a main meal, a plant based white cheese and a dessert.

Others can watch and ask questions. Everyone will be able to taste the food!

Eating more plant based whole foods can not only prevent, arrest and reverse the major western diseases, it stops your contribution towards some of the worst environmental degradation practices on land and in our oceans.
