Event description
Early morning plant drawing sessions at the Rotunda Wetland, Clifton Hill
7am–8:15am Tuesdays and Wednesdays in Biderap (January and February)
Plant drawing in the morning sets in motion different possibilities and pathways, and resources us for the rest of day. It can bring us quietly into the present and into connection with the local ecologies around us (that we're also a part of).
Drawing plants together is a way for finding energy and resourcing ourselves for the rest of our lives, and an opportunity for creativity and learning.
Attend single or multiple sessions, across Tuesday and Wednesday mornings in late Jan and Feb down by the Merri Merri.
Meet each morning at the Rotunda Wetland, Clifton Hill. The Rotunda is a shelter with seating, and sessions will go ahead on rainy or warmer days, unless weather conditions are unsupportive.
Feel free to bring a thermos of coffee or tea or munch on a muesli bar etc. :)
Fees are ‘sliding scale’ and include all art materials, and a 10% donation to First Nations orgs

- Please bring your own portable seating, foldable chairs or picnic mat if you would like to sit.
