Come join us for a fun Sunday session where we explore the power of the plant realm for our emotional, physical + mental wellness.

Where we bridge the gap between the physical + the energetic worlds, bringing an awareness to the power of supporting both bodies through the use of the plants. When we look at the body as a whole, we really begin to grasp the concept of full spectrum health + wellness.

We will learn the basics about essential oils, explore ways to support our immune + nervous system, create a few easy daily rituals + get our hards messy with creating a few DIY products.

This will be a beautiful + intimate two hour immersive + hands on workshop where you will walk away with new tools + a greater understanding of the power of plants.
