PLANT WITH US – Community Day celebration is on 11 November 2021

Looking forward to seeing you at our Plant with Us events!

**Please remember to wear sturdy shoes, a hat, long sleeves and long pants. Please be COVID SAVE and bring your own gloves and a water bottle. **

Activities may be cancelled due to heavy rain and thunderstorms. Participants will be advised if the event changes or cancellation occurs. Please check your email before arrival in case of extreme weather.

Below is a basic map of the site, detailing the work area, meeting place, toilets, location for parking and bus stops, using public transport, all within close vicinity of the Barwon Park, Matraville

Randwick City Council is taking appropriate precautions to ensure we provide a safe environment for participants to connect and celebrate in our Plant with Us program.

The event has been registered with the NSW Government as a COVID-safe event and as such attendees will be required to provide mobile numbers and an email address for contact tracing purposes.

It is your responsibility to check the NSW Government COVID-19 website for current public health advice.

Download the NSW COVID Safe app and register with the QR code when you arrive. If you do not have a smart phone, we will be able to register you in other ways.

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding to ensure a safe event and experience for all attendees.

Please do not attend the event if you have:

visited any NSW Health designated hotspots https://www.nsw.gov.au/covid-19/latest-news-and-updates#nsw-covid-19-case-locations
had any symptoms of the flu, virus or any other illness? eg. Fever (37.5 or higher), cough, shortness of breath, sore/scratchy throat, runny nose or loss of taste/smell
been in contact with a confirmed case of Covid-19 in the past 14 days
returned from any overseas travel in the last 14 days.

If you travel by public transport to the event, please wear masks.

If you have received medical advice that you should be isolated and cannot attend, please cancel your ticket if you are unable to attend so someone else can take your spot.
