Maybe you would like to replace meat a couple of times a week, with a yummy alternative? 

Learn how to make seitan roast steak and sausages and take home your own vegan sausages for tonight's dinner,?

Participants will need to bring a cuttingboard, sharp knife, mixing bowl and container to take the goodies home
