With so much interest generated after the last workshop, Gabrielle is returning to help others cook their own scrumptious plant based food.

SEITAN...Plantbased meat replacement, high in protein and low in cholesterol! 

Maybe you would like to replace meat a couple of times a week, with a yummy alternative? 

Learn how to make seitan roast steak and sausages and take home your own vegan sausages for tonight's dinner,?

Participants will need to bring a cuttingboard, sharp knife, mixing bowl and container to take the goodies home
