De-clutter your mind, calm your thoughts so the endless chatter can leave, This poetry workshop is about finding the peace you deserve, putting yourself first, rewiring your thoughts, changing all of what does not support you. Appreciating what is in front of you, the gifts handed over by Mother Nature each day for free. It is your time, your turn, to grow.
