Plant Wisdom Circle with Motherwort

In this month's plant wisdom circle we will work with the spirit of Motherwort, a gentle yet courageous spirit who is known for tending to the nervous system and growing strength in the heart.

We gather at the heart of the astrological Lion's Gate, deep in the Lughnasadh season of Harvest and Abundance, to commune with this plant spirit whose latin name means "Lion Hearted."

What does she have to share with you about the archetype of the Mother, courage, abundance, and what it means to have the heart of a lion?

Together we will create a ceremonial space to journey with Motherwort's medicine.

The group journeying space creates a strong container for the medicine of the plant to come through. As we share in the plant medicine, we channel insights for ourselves, one another, and the collective. This ancestral practice of deep intuitive listening and dreaming together is such a potent and important gift to the Earth and ourselves. 

These spaces provide the pivotal practice of trusting our intuitive inklings, and receiving validation of them within a community setting. Being in intentional space to honor and listen to the plants is an ancestral practice that helps us remember how to be in relationship with the forces of nature. It is a practice that is greatly appreciated by the plants, and it feeds our deep, soul-selves. 

Join us in community at this time of the Harvest and the heart of Lion's Gate. When Mother Earth is sharing her abundance, and when we can anchor into the amplified energies for healing, spiritual communion, and transformation.

Amy Terepka is a bodyworker, earth medicine practitioner, priestess, writer, and teacher in Portland, OR. She has has been a student of the plants for close to 20 years, and has held ceremony and taught plant spirit medicine for the past 12 yrs.

She has a deep understanding of the connection between the body, mind, and spirit, and is passionate about helping individuals reconnect with their bodies and the Earth, particularly with the support from the plant realms.
