PlatedbyPranitha Test Kitchen
Description
Join us on Sunday 25 October for PlatedbyPranitha’s Test Kitchen: a seasonal spring lunch focused on modern Indian flavours.
After hosting sold-out supper clubs in Brisbane and Sydney, Pranitha is excited to debut a new menu at Magenta House that explores new dishes, flavours, and ideas connected to her South Indian heritage.
PlatedbyPranitha is a celebration of home-cooking inspired by her upbringing as well as time spent discovering food cultures across many regions in India. From the street food in Mumbai to the Portuguese influence in Goa, the diversity of Indian cuisine has been shaped from centuries of cultural exchange and influence across the country. This test kitchen menu draws on some of these influences, featuring familiar Indian dishes, reimagined with a modern touch.
