Join us for a Platypus eDNA Demonstration & Citizen Science Program Launch at Fairhill Native Plants & Botanic Gardens. There are two separate events for the morning, so you can register your interest for one or both events.
📍 Where: Fairhill Native Plants & Botanic Gardens (please meet at the front of the cafe, located next to the carpark)

1st Event - Platypus eDNA Demonstration
There will be a short, informal platypus spotting activity that includes basic habitat analysis and awareness and then we will move into the eDNA collection demonstration.
⏰ Time: 7:00am – 8:00am
🎟️ Tickets: This is a free event; tickets are limited for this event.
2nd Event - ECOllaborations PlatyTracker Launch
This is the launch of our PlatyTracker for citizen science data collation across the Sunshine Coast.
⏰ Time: 8:00am – 9:00am
🎟️ Tickets: This is a free event; no limit on tickets. Free coffee is sponsored by ECOllaboration for all attendees.
