Join us for the last Play Date of the year — a special, more guided and facilitated experience to close our circle for 2025.
This month’s Play Date is part workshop, part jam, and all flow.
We’ll begin with a guided hoop dance workshop led by Deanne Love — Breaks & Balance — before melting into open-floor flow and live DJ set for integration.

Exploring breaks, repetition, flow, and embodied balance
A guided hoop experience to refine your rhythm, deepen your flow, and ground you in the center of your movement.
Together, we’ll play with the precision of hoop breaks, those delicious pauses, direction changes, and rhythmic accents that make your flow come alive. Through guided drills, creative repetition, and layered sequences, you’ll learn to use breaks not just as tricks, but as language to express your style.
Between the beats, we’ll explore balance, the dance between control and release, focus and freedom. You’ll find the sweet spot where flow becomes meditation.
