This is your chance to learn from one of the best. Join us for a high-energy, girls-only Touch Footy training session led by Charlotte Sparks - local legend and NSW U18 rep player.

Charlotte Sparks made history as part of the first female Mosman Juniors rugby team and hasn’t stopped breaking ground since. She’s captained rep sides, won MVPs, reffed games, and led her teams to victory at state and national level - all before finishing school. In 2025, Charlotte was selected to play for the NSW U18 Women’s team after taking home the national title with Sydney Juniors.

Join Charlotte for a 1-hour girls-only Touch Football session to kick off the season. Whether you're totally new to the game or chasing a few wins at Summer Touch, this session is all about building confidence, having fun, and sharpening your skills before the season kicks off.

Open to girls aged 8-15 who want to play like a girl (which we all know means strong, fast, and smart).

Charlotte and her team mates will take you through the fundamentals, share what it takes to level up, and give tips straight from the elite level.

Just bring your runners, a water bottle, and a great attitude.
