Line Experiment (Hugh Collins / Paddy Walter)

Line Experiment combines free improvisation, composition, and conceptual stimuli to explore the melody of rhythm, and vice versa. Drawing on the concepts of the dashed and the solid line, and the interplay between the two facilitated by a duo setting, Line Experiment seeks to find one within the other, reaching for expression through both, musical 'first principles'.

Liam Perry

Liam Perry is a Naarm-based electric bassist. Using a variety of preparations, effects pedals and extended techniques, he strives to produce cathartic and remedial new music in each performance.
