Love Mahjong? Come along and enjoy a friendly game in a relaxed and welcoming group.

Our Mahjong Playing Group is a great opportunity to enjoy regular games, practise your skills and connect with others who share your interest. Whether you’re an experienced player or simply looking for a social way to keep your mind active, you’ll find plenty of friendly competition and good company around the table.

Mahjong is a wonderful way to challenge your memory, concentration and strategic thinking while enjoying the social side of the game.

What to expect:

Regular games in a friendly, relaxed environment
Meet new people and enjoy some social connection
Practise and develop your Mahjong skills
Keep your mind active through strategy and problem-solving
Plenty of fun and friendly competition

Please note: This is a social playing group rather than a structured Mahjong class, so participants should have a basic understanding of how to play.

Refund policy

Cancellations by Sandybeach Centre Classes require minimum enrolments to proceed. If Sandybeach Centre cancels a class, program or event, participants will receive a full refund or credit. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Participant Cancellations Unless otherwise stated, cancellations and transfer requests must be received at least 7 days before the start date. A $40 administration fee may apply. No refunds or transfers are available within 7 days or after a program has commenced. Materials already purchased may be excluded from the refund. Humanitix Refunds: Participants can request a refund through their Humanitix account up to 7 days before the class, program or event start date. Refunds are not available within 7 days of the start date. ACFE Subsidised Places Withdrawal must be made in writing within 4 weeks of commencement. • No training undertaken: refund less $20 administration fee • Part training completed: pro-rata refund less $20 administration fee • Accredited courses: $50 administration fee • After 4 weeks: no refund Events Refund requests must be received at least 7 days before the event. If you are unable to attend, please notify Sandybeach Centre as soon as possible. A non-attendance fee may apply where costs such as catering or entertainment have already been incurred. General By booking, you agree to receive communications relating to your booking and relevant Sandybeach Centre programs and events. Photography or video taken during programs and events may be used for Sandybeach Centre promotional purposes. There are no classes on Victorian public holidays.
