is a 75-minute session designed for parents or carers to attend with their daughters aged between 10-12. In a respectful, age-appropriate setting, families explore what makes every person unique while learning about stereotypes, respect, body safety and consent.

The program introduces correct anatomical language and explains reproduction, conception, pregnancy and birth. It also answers common questions about puberty, including why it happens, when it begins and how long it may last.

Children and adults gain a clear, reassuring overview of the physical, social and emotional changes associated with puberty, creating a foundation for informed family conversations.
