Pleasantville Perform again at Yandoit Cultural

There was a lot of love in the room last year on a cold winter night when Pleasantville performed on the Yandoit Cultural stage. 

They are returning on Saturday November 14th to play some of the old favourites and also more recent songs from their new album “Stark Weather”. From stories of murder and love gone wrong to more upbeat, humorous swing tunes, Pleasantville is family affair featuring husband and wife team, Richard and Michelle Pleasance. 

Richard is a composer of music for films and television, including shows such as “Seachange” and “Wentworth”. He will lay down some haunting and filmic guitar sounds forming the background for some smooth, conversational tones by Michelle. They will be joined by their son Alfie who will add some atmospheric guitar licks to the picture. Pleasantville will play a mixture of originals from their three albums and putting their own spin on some of their favourite covers as well.
