Pleasure Portal: An Exploration into Sacred Sensuality

This event has passed Get tickets

Event description

Tap into your inner pleasure, sacred expression, and what ignites you. This event is for women-identifying and non-binary people to explore our pleasure practices and how to increase pleasure in every aspect of our lives. As food is an utterly sensual experience, we will have lovely plant-based treats to aid us in remaining fully in our bodies throughout this experience.

What we'll engage in:

  • Tea Ceremony - gently arrive in the space, open our hearts, and ground our energy to come into the remembrance that we are always connected to and held by Mother Earth.
  • Guided Discussion - explore ideas as a group of what sacred sensuality means to each of us, how we incorporate pleasure into our lives, and how we can bring more of that energy in.
  • Embodied Dance - freeform dancing to embody the lessons learned from our inner selves and move stagnant energy preventing us from receiving and incorporating the highest levels of pleasure.
  • Closing Meditation - check in within and settle into this new energetic state with a soundbowl meditation.
