I invite you to join me for a delicious deep dive into the medicine of dance, weaving together the practices of Dancing Freedom & Open Floor together with heart songs from around the world, earth ceremony & community.

I am so delighted to be joined again by the amazing team that came together to create our first COURAGE retreat in August 2022. The wonderful & wise Sara-Jane Cleland & Sue Tsiagros offering Sacred Altars, Emotional Support & Space-holding.

Our retreat lands halfway between Summer Solstice and Autumn Equinox - traditionally known as the Celtic festival of Lunasa - a time to celebrate all that we have gathered in this last season, to celebrate all of the gifts and the challenges,

A time to listen closely for what is asking to be honoured and acknowledged so that we can move forward in life.

A time to cultivate gratitude for everything we receive, and generosity with everything we have to share.

A time to remember the medicines of dance & song,

Of sharing stories and gathering around the fire.

These simple things that remind us how to live a meaningful life,

To live in connection and reciprocity with the earth and each other.

Over the past 10 years, she has inspired and supported many people to live more soulful, connected lives through the practices of Dancing Freedom & Open Floor. Caitlin is a well known, loved and respected leader within the Sydney Conscious Dance community and lead teacher trainer with Dancing Freedom.
