We are moving ONLINE for our next retreat in the FULL CIRCLE series, LIVE from the Sacred Valley Mountains of PERU.

4 DAY ONLINE RETREAT

FEBRUARY 2-5 2024

9am - 1pm each day (AEDT)

++ EXTRA BONUS outdoor dance & connection practice, earth ceremony and integration sessions

I invite you to join me for a delicious deep dive into the medicine of dance, weaving together the practices of Dancing Freedom & Open Floor together with heart songs from around the world, earth ceremony & community.

I am so delighted to be joined again by the amazing team that came together to create our first COURAGE retreat in August 2022. The wonderful & wise Sara-Jane Cleland & Sue Tsiagros offering Sacred Altars, Emotional Support & Space-holding.

Our retreat lands halfway between Summer Solstice and Autumn Equinox - traditionally known as the Celtic festival of Lunasa - a time to celebrate all that we have gathered in this last season, to celebrate all of the gifts and the challenges,

A time to listen closely for what is asking to be honoured and acknowledged so that we can move forward in life.

A time to cultivate gratitude for everything we receive, and generosity with everything we have to share.

A time to remember the medicines of dance & song,

Of sharing stories and gathering around the fire.

These simple things that remind us how to live a meaningful life,

A soulful life.

A time to come together

To share and learn

And to reclaim our birthright

To live in connection and reciprocity with the earth and each other.

A time to nourish, to heal, to harvest all that we have learned and to begin again refreshed & inspired.

A time to know that we are worthy

That our lives matter

That we are needed now

That we have something of value to bring

Gifts to offer and be received.

A time of PLENTY.
