Pōneke Leader Learning & Doing Day
Event description
Often, the best folk to learn from (and commiserate with) in leadership are other leaders. But since we're so busy in the doing, we don't often have the time or ability to take a full day off from work to dedicate to learning new things.... and sometimes conferences can be hit and miss on content.
We've decided to create a Leader Learning & Doing Day, where you can come and co-work in the same space as a bunch of other founders and leaders, and also go to mini unconference sessions during the day that are set by you. You can share/learn/discuss the things that matter to you most - with other folk that are going through it.
The price of the ticket for this event will cover a koha to the venue and for some coffee/snacks. You can choose to come to all the sessions, or just one or two of them, and you'll have access to coffee and wifi throughout the day.
Below is our draft plan for the day:
- 9am - Arrival & coffee
- 9:15am - Welcome, Introduction round & Agenda Setting
- 10:00am - Session 1
- 11:00am - Morning Tea
- 11:15am - Session 2
- 12:15 - Lunch
- 1:15pm - Session 3
- 2:15pm - Session 4
- 3:15pm - Afternoon Tea
- 3:30pm - Session 5
- 4:30pm - Farewell
- 5pm - Head out for a drink (or head home - you choose!)
