Often, the best folk to learn from (and commiserate with) are other leaders. But since we're so busy in the doing, we don't often have the time or ability to take a full day off from work to dedicate to learning new things.... and sometimes conferences can be hit and miss on content.

Last year we created a Leader Learning & Doing Day, where you can come and co-work in the same space as a bunch of other founders and leaders, and also go to mini unconference sessions during the day that are set by you. You share/learn/discuss the things that matter to you most - with other folk that are going through it. We had sessions ranging from how to use AI in your org, founder transitions, and even a photographer taking new head shots for folk.

The price of the ticket covers a koha to the venue and for some coffee/snacks. You can choose to come to all the sessions, or just one or two of them, and you'll have access to coffee and wifi throughout the day.

Below is our plan for the day:

9:30am - Arrival & coffee
9:45am - Welcome, Introduction round & Agenda Setting
10:30am - Session 1
11:30am - Session 2
12:30pm - Lunch
1:30pm - Session 3
2:30pm - Farewell/head out for a drink (or home - you choose!)
