Victorian, Edwardian and Californian Bungalows share a lot in common, most notably their period charm, high ceilings and beautiful floors, but often these homes also share a lack of many of today's creature comforts suited to contemporary lifestyles.

For first time renovators it can often be a daunting task to begin the design process or to navigate the approval process, but sometimes a little bit of guidance can go a long way…

Which is why PLOT is preparing to run a group workshop as part of Geelong Design Week 2023, to support anyone thinking about renovating their existing home but could do with a few tips, tricks and pointers before plunging right in.

Workshop Content Includes:
- Cost of Construction
- Sustainability
- Heritage
- Design Strategies
- Material Selections & Themes
- Planning Permits
- Building Permits
- Construction Methods (Builder vs Owner Builder)

Registration is essential. Places are limited. (30 Max.)
