🔱 The Training Pillar: Empowerment & Impact Day

Bigger Skills. Better Delivery. Bolder Confidence.

Ready to claim your seat at the table? As part of our 2026 Empowerment Ecosystem, we are bringing our high-impact Training Day to the heart of Plymouth. Hosted at the sophisticated offices of Womble Bond Dickinson (UK) LLP, this is where transformation meets professional excellence.

This isn't just a workshop—it’s a tactical intervention designed to dismantle the internal barriers holding you back from the Awards stage and the boardroom.

🚀 What’s in Store?

We’ve curated a schedule designed to move you from hesitation to high-impact leadership:

Arrive (9:00 AM): Networking and welcome in the stunning WBD Plymouth suite.
The Mindset Shift (9:30 AM): Dive into transformative psychological tools with the incomparable Clare Palmer.
The PR & Public Speaking Crash Course (11:30 AM): Master your messaging with broadcaster Alexis Bowater OBE. Learn the "hints and tips" of the trade to face any audience—from a camera lens to a gala stage—with absolute poise.
Networking Lunch (1:00 PM – 2:00 PM): A delicious, energizing lunch to fuel your growth and build connections with fellow "Change-Makers."
The BS Terminator Session (2:00 PM): Resume with Clare Palmer for a deep dive into crushing Imposter Syndrome. Learn to own your worth and eliminate the "bullshit" narratives that stall your progress.
Closing (4:00 PM): Leave with a personalized confidence toolkit and the fire to tackle your next big challenge.

💜 Why This is an Essential Investment

In 2026, we believe that empowerment must be accessible and actionable. This day is specifically designed to provide the Training required to lead in the modern world. You will leave with:

Confidence: Practical tools to silence self-doubt.
Competence: The ability to articulate your "Bolder" vision clearly.
Connection: A new network of supportive, ambitious peers.

Note: While we’ve moved to the city, the spirit of support remains. Our favorite listener, Hughie the Labrador, will be on hand for quiet moments of calm and a friendly paw during break sessions.
