About the Artist
Yeimy Sanchez, also known as YeYe, is an illustrator, animator, and multimedia designer with a deep love for visual storytelling, connecting themes of nature, community, dreams, and travel. She explores vibrant colours and works across digital and traditional mediums, bringing a unique blend of styles to her creations. YeYe thrives on collaboration, working closely with communities, fellow entrepreneurs, and other artists. With experience managing creative and cultural projects, her artistic journey began with art education in Colombia before specializing in Visual Arts and Motion Graphic Design in Australia.
With a keen eye for detail and a passion for crafting stories through art, YeYe is dedicated to creating designs that resonate deeply with people and reflect her values. Now based in Naarm - Australia, she proudly embraces her identity as a migrant woman artist.
