Following the keynote, we will shift the focus to you. Through guided table discussions, you’ll have the opportunity to share your thoughts, experiences, and ideas on how to value and grow connections that contribute to shaping a more inclusive world.

A community facilitator will lead each table, creating a safe and engaging space for meaningful dialogue. We want to hear from you—your voice matters, your perspective is valued, and your insights will help drive change. Let’s Balance the Scales together—one conversation, one idea, one action at a time.
