Panel Facilitator
Veronika Imrichova -Â Contingent Workforce Program Manager at PwC
Nine years ago, Veronika arrived in Australia to learn English and embark on a new chapter in her professional and personal life. After completing a Master's degree in Business Administration, she began her career in the staffing and payroll industry. Over time, she progressed from operations to a leadership role in Client Management and currently, Veronika leads a Contingent Workforce Program at PwC. Throughout her journey, she has remained dedicated to assisting fellow migrant women in finding their own paths in Australia and guiding them through their career journeys.
Koon - Executive Coach at Koon
As
an executive coach, Koon guides executives and aspiring executives to
overcome systemic barriers, enabling them to rise to senior positions.
With her firsthand experience as a woman of Asian descent and 2 decades
in the corporate sector leadership, Koon partners with her clients on
strategies that fuel their growth, resulting in influential leadership
within their organizations. Beyond individual success, Koon is dedicated
to fostering race and culture inclusion in senior leadership. Her daily
thought leadership and speaking engagements has garnered a significant
LinkedIn following, breaking biases and fostering allyship.
Bronwyn Williams - Senior Project Officer at Western Sydney University
Bronwyn's
heritage is from Avatele in Niue and Rarotonga and Aituataki in the
Cook Islands. She has a 22-year career as an equity practitioner in
universities across Australia and New Zealand. She leads the Pasifika
Achievement to Higher Education (PATHE), Refugee New and Emerging
Communities (NEC), and the First Foot Forward primary program at Western
Sydney University. With a Master of Arts (Hons) and a Master of
Literature, Bronwyn is passionate about empowering young learners in
Australia. She co-founded and co-chairs the Australian Pasifika
Educators Network and serves as the Equity Practitioners Higher
Education Australasia Executive.
Stephanie Zuniga-Maher -Â Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging Professional
Stephanie is passionate about diversity, equality, and inclusion in both her professional and personal life. With a background in Gender Studies from Duke University, she has actively created spaces for meaningful conversations on diversity in tech. Currently, she is a DEI Partner at Canva, where she focuses on fostering inclusion and belonging within the company. In her previous role as an Inclusion Talent Partner at Canva, she developed and implemented DE&I recruiting strategies. She has also founded the Lean IN Sydney Group at Splunk and organized the Women Leading IT event to promote female leadership in tech. Outside of work, she enjoys parenting, dancing, cooking, wine tasting, and blogging about cooking and triathlons on her website, herunsicook.com
