Welcome to PN Pilates September Matwork Series:

Over the next 4-weeks I will be running a pop up matwork class at Striker Indoor Sports and Fitness

These classes have been designed to strengthen and lengthen your body with a range of equipment and have been created for EVERYONE's ability levels. These classes will give you an all time BURN however the exercises we will be doing give people who are feeling up for more challenge the opportunity to progress and the people who would like to stay within their comfort levels the opportunity to do that also, we know that everyday the body feels a bit different.

Every week we will be using different props to keep things exciting

If you have any injuries or restrictions that is totally fine, just let me know prior to class starting.
