To celebrate the release of Mike Midnight’s debut EP ‘A Jewel Within A Teardrop’, Pneumatic and Contact Online enlist some of Perth’s most notable faces to help turn it up!

‘A Jewel Within A Teardrop’ is an exploration of the present, employing experiences of the past. Throughout the EP, Mike Midnight sculpts and extends his signature rebirthed grime sound into new terrain - distilling his influences down to a sparse palette of manipulated pop, R&B acapellas, icy synths, and metallic drum samples. A Jewel Within A Teardrop is a story about the pain of separating from our past and the joy of our reunion with new beginnings in the present.
