The Podiatry Manual Therapy Course is designed to equip Podiatrists and Podiatric professionals with a range of treatment skills to manage musculoskeletal conditions of lower limb and foot.
The course will explore a number of common conditions of the region and provide participants with the skills and knowledge to apply manual therapy skills to reduce pain, improve function and aid in recovery.
Methods taught in this course include soft tissue therapy and myofascial release, muscle energy technique, joint mobilisation and taping techniques.
Participants can expect to be able to incorporate these treatment approaches clinically, immediately upon completing the course.
