Event description

Warm into winter. Take some time to slow, stretch and settle into the cosy season with a luxurious poetry and pilates class.

In this one-hour session, Kelly Seitz of Kelly's Wellness will guide us through a series of nourishing stretches to a soundtrack of winter-rest-inspired poems by local WA poets. We will finish with a short lesson on how to write your own poetic meditation with Perth poetry teacher Elizabeth Lewis. 

Suitable for teens and adults. Prior experience with pilates is not required. BYO yoga mat, water bottle, towel, notebook and pen or pencil.

Note: Registration is essential. Only twelve tickets are available, so ensure to book early to secure your spot.
