Event description

Celebrate International Lighthouse and Lightships Day by visiting the iconic Point Moore lighthouse base, which has operated since 1878. Capture your own special images & learn about its history.

What's inside the Point Moore Lighthouse?

How many steps? Where is the light? Bring a water bottle and your singing voice! Come find out and experience the unique acoustics inside Australia's tallest metal lighthouse.

Practice your morse code and learn about its history with our local enthusiasts in attendance!
