Pokémon GO Tour: Kalos – Global is happening February 28 and March 1, 2026! Join millions of Trainers to embark on exclusive adventures. Trainers can participate in this global event at no cost from anywhere in the world. Get the most out of the event with a ticket, available now via the in-game shop or the Pokémon GO Web Store.
Trainers in Sydney are invited to celebrate Pokémon GO Tour: Kalos – Global with us at Westfield Parramatta. Visit a special pop-up on Level 2 near the escalators, next to UNIQLO, where you can collect your Pikachu sun visor and take part in fun photo experiences.
This is a FREE ticketed event, but a ticket is important to ensure you get access to the pop-up!

Provides access to the Westfield Parramatta pop-up
Guarantees receiving a Pikachu sun visor
Access to two photo experiences
Provides a 2 hour window for you to visit the pop-up, however, estimated walking time through the pop-up is 5 minutes.

- Can I show up without a ticket?
Ticket holders will be prioritised, however there will be a waiting queue for non ticket holders on the day and they will be allowed access after if there is time. A ticket ensures you will get access to the pop-up. No ticket, no guarantee.
- Tickets are sold out. Can I still attend?
Yes, you can, though it is not guaranteed that you will be able visit the pop-up. There will be a separate queue for non-ticket holders who will be able to visit the pop-up, though ticket holders will be prioritised first.
- Can I arrive early and wait?
It is recommended you arrive only 10 minutes early to your ticketed time to queue. If you are too early, we will have a waiting zone you can stand in. You also have a 2 hour window in which you can view the pop-up and ticket holders will be prioritised.

- I missed my time slot, what do I do?
Come down to the event and we will do our best to try and fit you in.
- Do I need to attend if my child wants to?
YES! All children must be accompanied by an adult. Please get a ticket for yourself and your child.

Yes. Disabled guests can access the pop-up, and assistance will be provided by our team if required.
