Refund policy

Parents’ Night Out Refund Policy Parents’ Night Out reservations are limited and help us plan staffing, activities, food, and supplies for the evening. Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the event may receive a full account credit toward a future Parents’ Night Out or school event. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event are non-refundable and non-transferable. No-shows, late arrivals, early pickups, illness, behavior-related dismissal, or schedule conflicts are not eligible for refunds or credits. If Premier Martial Arts needs to cancel a Parents’ Night Out for any reason, families will receive a full refund or full account credit. Because spots are limited and these events often sell out, a child’s spot is not reserved until payment is completed.
