Curious about how to best use poles for running or hiking? Whether you've already got a pair gathering dust at home or you're wondering if they're worth it, this workshop is for you.

Join us to learn how poles can improve stability and efficiency when walking and running. We'll cover the different types of poles, how to adjust and use them properly, and the techniques that can make a real difference on the trail.

We'll head outside for a walk (with a gentle trot group too if you're keen!) so you can try our fleet of poles and compare different styles. You'll also hear from physio and running coach Natalie Hilll, about the benefits of using poles and how they can support your body and reduce fatigue on longer adventures.

Come along, ask questions and find the right poles and techniques for your next adventure.
