👠✨ Class One: Intro to Spin Pole

Your pole era begins here. In this absolute beginner-friendly class, you’ll learn foundational spins, grips, and tricks to build strength and confidence! Zero experience needed, bring your curiosity and your beautiful self!

What to bring:

• Activewear or bikinis/lingerie (we recommend having knees + elbows exposed for grip)

• A towel to wipe down your pole

• Grip (exec team will bring some for everyone to share)

• Water

• Optional: pole dance heels!

Mat Pilates meets HIIT for pole dancers! Imagine this: It’s 2010. You’re sweaty, electric, and lighting up the dance floor at your fave club. That’s the Kiki vibe; Duality’s signature class designed by co-founder Mimi. We’ll start with muscle-sculpting conditioning, then melt into deep stretches to unlock full-body flexibility. It’s a party and a workout.

What to bring:

• Comfy clothes you can move in

• Water

• Towel (yes, you will sweat)

Ready to switch chairs from study desk to seduction throne? In this intro to chair, you’ll learn how to move with confidence, play with rhythm, and unleash your inner tease. No experience needed!

What to bring:

• Comfy clothes you can move in

• Optional: knee pads for floorwork comfort
