Policy Talks is a series for policy professionals and researchers designed to galvanise discussions around some of the most complex public policy issues. These events aim to build a community of policy professionals that reaches across sectors and foster innovation and inclusivity in policymaking at all levels of government.
Rebecca Pinkstone has almost two decades of experience in the housing sector. She was appointed the inaugural Chief Executive of Homes NSW from January 2024, having previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Community Housing Provider Bridge Housing. Prior to joining Bridge Housing, she held senior policy, strategy and program roles in NSW Government.
Professor Philip Oldfield researches sustainable design, embodied carbon and tall building architecture. He is an active member of the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH) and the author of The Sustainable Tall Building: A Design Primer.
